专利说明:
The invention relates to a method for producing a shoe upper, in particular a sports shoe. It is known to produce shoe uppers in a classic way from a laminar material, for example, leather or a textile material. In this context, the material will be attached to a shoe shape and sewn after cutting a corresponding part of the material. In US 2003/0089000 Al a shoe upper is cut from a tube formed by an interlaced canvas that is connected with a sole. The stitching of the upper of the footwear constitutes a certain effort, the effort of which leads to the corresponding costs. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that areas of natural disagreement occur in the splice regions, so that the comfort of use can be negatively influenced according to the splice regions. In addition, only a limited stability of the shoe upper can be achieved by joining the cutting material. In addition, the known production methods of the upper of a shoe make the application of special materials at least difficult, for example, carbon fiber material, glass fiber material or plastic fiber material, which may occasionally be desirable . It is an object of the invention, to create a method for the production of a shoe upper, which does not understand the mentioned disadvantages. Accordingly, it must be possible to make the production process very profitable. In addition, wearing comfort should be increased so that the splice regions in the upper are avoided as much as possible. The stability of the upper of the shoe, and with that of the entire shoe, must be high. Likewise, the use of fiber material, particularly carbon fibers, glass fibers or plastic fibers, should be possible. The solution of this object by the invention is characterized by the production method for the shoe upper, which comprises the following steps: a) Provide a form of footwear, which corresponds to the internal shape of the upper of the shoe, at least largely which is produced; b) Apply a radial braiding machine having an annular warp, which is designed to weave and / or braid along three axes; c) Guide at least one form of shoes through the center of the warp and simultaneously weave and / or braid along three axes using a fiber material, and therefore the woven and / or braided material is positioned around the outer circumference the shape of footwear; d) Once at least one form of footwear has been guided through the center of the warper: Finish the fabric and / or braided and remove the woven and / or braided material from the footwear; e) Process the woven and / or braided material to complete the footwear, wherein the at least one form of footwear is (arranged directly or indirectly) at the end of a manipulator arm of a manipulator and the form of footwear is guided during the execution of step c) by means of the manipulator. A lining can be arranged in the form of shoes before carrying out step c), the lining of which is surrounded by the woven and / or braided material produced in accordance with step c). This lining can be prefabricated, for example, woven or sewn. A special solution suggests that the lining is produced by guiding the shape of the shoe through the center of the annular warp and simultaneously performing the process of weaving and / or braiding with three axes, where another, especially a softer fiber material is then used during the execution of step c). Therefore, the lining can be produced in the same way as the shoe upper part as a pre-operation during the production of the shoe upper part. In this way, they can be done completely without sewing operations, apart from cleaning operations. According to an additional modality of the method, the degree of density of the woven and / or braided material can change along the longitudinal direction of the shoe of the shoe shape. For example, in this case the objective may be a greater density of the texture and of the upper part of the shoe, respectively in the forefoot region and in the heel region than in the central region of the shoe. Thus, the degree of density can change by varying the transition speed of the shoe shape through the center of the annular warper and / or the rotational speed of the annular warper and its coils that are arranged on it respectively are changed. Before removing the woven material from the shoe shape according to step d) the woven and / or braided material can be sprayed with a fixing means, the fixing means of which creates an adhesive connection between the individual fibers. Hereby, greater rigidity of the shoe upper can be achieved and it can be prevented from collapsing during the removal of the shoe shape and further processing. A special embodiment of the invention provides several forms of shoes in the longitudinal direction of the shoes behind each other, in which these shoe forms are guided through the center of the annular warp without interrupting the fabric and / or braiding process. Thus, several shoe uppers are produced simultaneously with a plurality of shoe shapes. The continuity of the woven and / or braided process respectively according to step e) preferably comprises at least one connection, particularly a bonding, of a sole on the underside of the woven and / or braided material respectively of the shoe upper. As a fiber material for producing a part of the shoe upper, a material can be used, which is or comprises a carbon fiber, a glass fiber or a plastic fiber. Thus, the invention intercepts in the idea that a form of footwear - preferably guided by a manipulator and therefore automatically - will be guided through the center of a radial braiding machine. The radial braiding machine performs the processes of fabric and / or braiding on the three respective axes and thus involves the form of shoes with a material woven and / or braided respectively, whose material is precisely joined by fitting over the shapes. After removing this material from the shoe shape, the leather, which is produced in this way, will continue in the process until the finished shoe. The leather, therefore, does not include any stitching. It should be emphasized, that the method of fabric and / or braided in three axes respectively is not the object of the present idea, but is known as such. Thus, explicit reference is made to publications, in which the mentioned method is described in detail, particularly in WO 03/016036 A2, in DE 23 19 822 Al, in DE 24 41 839 Al, in DE 25 48 129 C2, in EP 0 736 624 A1 and in US 3 985 159. Other solutions are shown in FR 776 638 A, US 3 985 159 A, US 2010/107443 Al, EP 0 736 624 Al, FR 2 306 649 Al and DE 24 41 839 Al . Advantageously, the shoe upper can be produced substantially seamlessly in a single production step (perhaps beyond the start and end areas of the woven material, where the material has to be closed and finished respectively). Because the leather upper part of the shoe produced, which is thus designed as a single piece, does not include any stitching, it therefore provides high wearing comfort. Also, due to the one-piece design of the shoe uppers, a degree of stability will be provided. Specific economic production can be achieved when several shapes arranged successively are cohesively guided through the center of the radial braiding machine. It is also advantageous that the density of the leather material varies along the longitudinal axis of the shoe and can be adjusted to the desired measures. A yarn will preferably be used for the weaving and / or braiding process respectively, the yarn of which comprises carbon fibers, glass fibers or plastic fibers and formed by them respectively. Obviously, the method can also be performed with classic textile fibers (string, etc.). The shape of the shoe can be adjusted in its shape in such a way that, for shoe elements, which have to be inserted, sufficient material is provided, for example, for a shoe tongue in the instep area. In the drawing a modality of the invention is illustrated. Show: Fig. 1 in a perspective view of a shoe shape which is arranged at the end of a manipulator arm of a manipulator, Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a radial braiding machine to perform the fabric and / or braiding process along three axes together with a manipulator, Fig. 3 an exploded view of a shoe and Fig. 4 the shoe according to Fig. 3 in finished condition. In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 a device can be seen, which serves to produce a leather upper 1 of a shoe, as seen in Fig. 3. The device comprises a radial braiding machine 3, which is known as such; reference is made to the aforementioned publications, which 15 define the structure and function of such a machine. The radial braiding machine 3 comprises an annular circular warp 4, around whose circumference are arranged a number of spools, in which each coil is wound with a thread. The wires of the different coils will be guided to a center 5, where the braiding process of the three axes takes place. An additional component of the equipment is a manipulator 7, which comprises a manipulator arm 6, at the end of which a shoe shape 2 is arranged - as 25 can be seen in Fig. 1. Shoe shape 2 defines a longitudinal direction of the shoe L. In the production of the upper of the footwear by braiding the three axes, it occurs in such a way that the shape of the footwear 2, which is arranged on the manipulator arm 6, is guided forward to the center 5 of the radial braiding machine. Thus, the individual axes of the manipulator are controlled in such a way that the shoe shape 2 is guided through the center 5 such that the shoe shape 2 is pushed forward centrally to the center 5 in the longitudinal direction L of the shoe, while the process braiding is completed at the same time. Consequently, the fibers and / or threads of the bobbins respectively apply to the outer circumference of the shoe shape 2, so that a leather 1 is created, which is precisely fitted into the shoe shape 2 and has no seam. It is also possible to move the shoe shape 2 on the manipulator arm 6 in such a way during the braiding process that the longitudinal direction L of the shoe will be rotated upwards little by little, until the shoe shape 2 is pushed through the center 5 . After the braiding process, the shoe shape 2 is completely surrounded with braided material. From the synopsis of figures 3 and 4 appears, as happens the additional manufacture of the leather up to the finished shoes. In Fig. 3 it can be seen, how certain areas of leather 1 have been cut, to maintain leather 1, which can be seen in Fig. 3. Accordingly there is an incision 9 in leather 1, whose incision extends from the heel to near the center of the shoe. Likewise, a 10 incision was made in the instep area. In this document, the parts of the edges 11 and 12 can be fixed - for example, glued - so that a smooth and clean finish is obtained. Before making the incisions, an adhesive medium can be sprayed on the upper to stabilize it. In this way, you can prevent the leather material from becoming fibrous in the cut areas. The adhesive medium can be removed if necessary in a later processing step after the leather and shoes are completed respectively. Finally, an upper part 13 and a base part 14 will be applied, for example, glued, which consist of an elastic material. A possible material for the upper part 13 and the base part 14 is natural rubber. After this is done, a sole 8 will be applied to the underside of leather 1, where a bonding process can be applied again. Therefore, finished shoes are produced, as can be seen in Fig. 4. If the footwear must have a lining, it can be attached at the end of the aforementioned three-axis braiding process. There is an alternative possibility in this, to first perform the mentioned braiding process with a softer thread, so that the lining is braided in the form of shoes. Then the braiding process is repeated with a stronger yarn, for example, with a carbon fiber yarn, glass fiber yarn or plastic fiber yarn (obviously a textile yarn is also possible), therefore the shape of footwear 2 - now with the braided lining - will be guided again through the radial braiding machine 3 in the defined way. The aforementioned carbon fiber yarns, glass fiber yarns or plastic fiber yarns are only a preferred possibility for the production of the shoe upper; with respect to the plastic fibers the polyamide yarns are demonstrated in themselves in particular. An additional material demonstrated is a natural linen fiber, from which the shoe upper can be produced. Also, classic yarns can be used since they are sufficiently known for footwear.
